Very nice car, but I would not like to test it out and do all that crap that other people do with their cheap ass Jeep's that they put in about 60 grand to make it offroad. I think that a good Land Rover Discovery or something close to that car that is still a Land Rover can do the trick in both city driving, mileage, and offroading if your in the mood. Also, I think that a good Hummer H1 can do the trick also, but the mileage on that car is just plain horrible.

Actually i'll have to agree with Donny here and say that you Jason have no clue what you are talking about. I have several Land Rovers including a P38a and Sport S/C. Both are garbage without the proper treading for either mud/snow/offroad/etc. Put the right tyres on any Land Rover and indeed they kick ass. But the low profile performance tyres do not function the same just because of land rovers dynamics or off road modes. I dont know why you'd even decide to say such a thing.

What you need to do is learn something about high performance tires! High performance on road tires are useless in snow i dont care if you have AWD! They are not ment to be used in snow period! I had bridgestone so3's on my all wheel drive audi and although it was better then my 350z it was still dangerous and almost uncontrolable!

yes, there's a diffrence between all wheel drive and a range rover.The range rover was designed for serious offroad the audi was designed to take on leaves on a country lane so it is no surprise that it was dangerous and almost uncontrollable to drive your audi in the snow

Two quick points then im done talkin to you about this. First the high performance tires that come on this range rover are ment for only one thing and thats pavement! Second point 15 years ago i agree they were great off road trucks, today they are high performance suv's that dont if ever go off road, hence the 20 inch wheels and tires that come on this truck!
