I remember being like 8 and telling my dad when I turned 11 I was going to drop out of school and go to Hogwarts because I was a wizard. He told me Hogwarts and Harry Potter's world was fantasy and not real.....not anymore. I want to go so bad.

people keep asking if they can go inside the castle. iside the castle is a roller coaster. a new kind of coaster. your seats are connected to the robotic arms. so you twist and turn and flip during the ride to create G forces wher u normally wont have any...

continued.....The windows have been built smaller than they should be to make the castle look huge the rooms featured in the forbidden journey are all tucked neatly into the hollow rock

because they can't fit it into the castle itself as like i said its not life size .

Anyone know anything about the 2 rollercoasters that are supposed to be part of this new section? It says on Universal's website that there's gonna be 2 rollercoasters, but I wasn't sure if they would be brand new or whether they were just going to incorporate Duelling Dragons into it instead. Anyone know??

The two rollercoaster are just gonna be re-themed! The flying unicorn to Flight Of The Hippogriff and Dueling Dragons to Dragon Challange, the only brand new is Harry Potter And The Forbidden Journey (Nobody knows whats going on with that is been a top secret since the park began to be build it, but many say are robocoaster roboarms and stuff like that and also universal said is gonna a ride with a hight tech new in rides and so that means? we have to wait till opens.

The castle is around 190 ft tall if it was over 200ft high they would have to put a flashing light on top for airplanes. But it looks over 300 ft tall because of force perspective. As the castle get higher the "bricks" (fiberglass) and windows get smaller. Just a fun Fact. And the ride in side is going to be something like the amazing adventures of spiderman (so i hear.)

i think it´s amazing! there is one little thing though that bothers me: palm trees!

Why don´t they just rip out the palm trees and other tropical plants in the potter area and replace them by fir trees??? that would be great additon to the whole "hogsmeade atmosphere". and even if the climate doesn´t allow fir trees to grow in florida, there are still alot of companies that produce fake trees that you can barely differ from a real tree!!!
