Iran may possess a few hundreds of missiles capable of reaching Israel, and will probably attempt to launch as many missiles as possible in as few as possible volleys, so to overwhelm Israeli ABM defenses. Supposing Iran succeeds, it shouldn't take more than a few hours, certainly not days.
