Addiction is nothing to be ashamed of. Liquid love affairs are quite common. My secret love is Vitamin water. We are going on 6 weeks now.

In two days I will have successfully been sober from soda for one whole year. I understand your addictive personality as I share in that very same trait. Once I find something I like, it's all I can do not to shove it down my throat. It's sad, but it's a fact of life we both must strive to control. I don't like mineral water, but I think you find a liking to it because the minerals have a similar sensation that a carbonated sodium-laden soda has...that tingling sensation.
