fine. Linkin Park didn't "sell out" but their new music is LAME AS HELL. sure, Hybrid Theory wasn't revolutionary, it came out in the Nu Metal wave of music in the early 2000's...still, even with a polished sound and derivative lyrics, the album had something special, it rocked hard, songs like Forgotten, Papercut, With You, the whole album is memorable. I was 10 or 11 when it first came out. when I was young I listened to albums like mellon collie and the infinite sadness by smashing pumpkins

What about their musical growth? the fact that you dont like their new songs doesnt mean they changed, it means you didnt grow with them.

Im 22 years old and I dont enjoy thrashing stuff and jumping for 2 freaking hours like I did when I was 14, it was fun but not anymore. I like the new LP cause their lyrics are way more polished.
