and a gtx 440 does not exist, either you mean gtx 460 or gt 440.

Can I run this game on high or med settings?

you should run it on high settings except the PhysX stuff cause that takes a lot of fps.

and normal tempeatures i guess. never had problems with temp.

dude please i need help... i have the toshiba l650-11f and i can play on medium settings with about 25 to 50 fps,, the frames only drop when u kill the guy and go down where the building will collapse and u will fall on the ground.. on high i get from 20 to 40 fps ( about) ... i have exactly exactly the same specs... is there something wrong with my laptop

Runs great on everything high :) . Fps around ~35.

Download the time patch so you can play infinite time, however the demo map is small lol...
