FYI: Notre Dame plays Navy every year because during WWII, Navy basically kept ND open as a school by coming to train here, so we play every year as a sort of repayment for a debt on honor. Some traditions are just a little bit more important than football.

Pretty sure Clausen CAN throw that fade and he has. Two of the best fades he has thrown this year would have been touchdowns but his receivers misjudged the ball when instead they could have run right under it and caught it in stride for a TD. Clausen throws the fade about as well as anyone in college football...So either I am missing something or I am biased because I own a Jimmy Clausen Jersey.

A reason for that is if he would have he would be committed to them right now. I think people are selling Clausen short. The kid will prove you guys wrong when his arm gets back to 100%. You can see Clausen doesn't have his strength back. He may have just needed more time to adjust to the college game, but you can see Clausen is a natural born leader. Give him an OL and some experience in the WR and you'll be praising Jimmy. But I am excited about Dayne also.
