Nice slide show (except I could do without Eminem!). Anyway, it is definitely a thrill and a lot of hard work. I've done it 3 times and plan a 4th this year. Thanks for a great reminder of what an incredible journey it is!
Ya I think there's plenty of snow up there in the winter, but it isn't recommended because of avalanche danger. Two people have died on Mt. Borah in an avalanche.
Thanks...ya we didn't really know how technical or difficult the climb was going to be until we got to "chickenout ridge" and we were clinging tightly onto very exposed ledges fearing for our lives - LOL! It was a lot of fun though.
Mt. Hood and Mt. Whitney are next on our list of peaks to climb...
@kunzmj I just got back from Borah and was also suprised by how technical it was. I wish I would have looked at these videos first, not that we had too many problems. Made the summit in 6 hours but we started at 3AM so we did most of it in the dark. Although it was worth it to get to see the sunrise on Chicken Out Ridge!
pictures great ,music sucks..
chicken out ridge doesnt look so bad without the snow

Great video! (and thanks for getting the elevation right. I don't understand all the confusion about the official height.)
