Occupy DC, Bystander Reactions, Music, Freedom Plaza Parade

When DC occupiers and protesters from all over the country marched to the Supreme Court on Jan 11 for the National Day of Action Against Guantanamo, people were honking for us at every intersection. NOT at us - for us. We're fighting the good fight, brothers and sisters. Most people know it and more join us every day. Those who can't camp out are donating food, money and supplies. It's restored my faith in humanity. Lying, thieving scumbags will always be with us, but they are a minority.

Nice video! It's good to see this is starting to spread. I'd actually like to see everyone take their marches to the Federal Reserve where all of this stems from but we shouldn't forget about Goldman Sachs either, I suppose. I mean, just about the only "career path" that's expanding is in "security" - and if you got to support a family, why not protect your country against terrorists?. All of a sudden they now have to figure out if the people marching in the street, for a better life and for more opportunity, are really the enemy. And that becomes easier as soon as someone on the other side starts calling them names.
