    Good poem though.

  • @T0X0PHILUS Yeah, well, "sceptic" looks like it ought to be pronounced like "scepter"...making you "septics".

"Skeptic" makes WORLDS more sense. Just sayin'.

  • @BionicDance Since when was English meant to make sense! It's not German you know! Anyway sceptic looks nicer on the page.

  • @T0X0PHILUS Not to me, it doesn't. "Sceptic" looks pansy.

  • @Draginvry2 Thanks! :)

  • Your prose is superb. Your English teacher would be proud.

  • @TheAtheistPaladin ...only that wasn't prose.

*raised eyebrow* Was this a test? ;)

  • @BionicDance

Like I said, YOUR English teacher would be proud... mine is a different story.

  • @TheAtheistPaladin *grin* Gotcha. :)

  • @BionicDance

*holds hand out* What did you get me?

  • @TheAtheistPaladin Pegged. ;)

  • @BionicDance

Oh that is the only way your interested in guys, eh? By pegging them?

  • @TheAtheistPaladin Or by HAVING them pegged.

    By diseased albino midgets.

  • u need to make a blog of your poems...you're a great writer :)

  • You write nifty poetry, and read it well too. Your voice is a very big plus for you, an asset. Can't you put your vocal abilities to commercial use? Seems to me you would be in-demand, for commercials, advertisements, etc.

  • You go Girl! <3

  • badass

  • You're getting better, and you didn't start bad either.

  • @Quintinohthree Aww, shucks. *blush* Thanks! :)

  • God doesn't stand a chance

    Up against BionicDance.

  • Best video yet... Skepticism is part of everybody's lives, just SOME PEOPLE choose the use it less then others.

  • /watch?v=JOddp-nlNvQ Theres your god :P Worship him and the might of his hammer lol

  • I don't trust your definition of "skeptic." I need proof that it is correct.

  • @crankysaint And I need a reason not to send out assassins. :P

  • @BionicDance I don't see how assassins will... Oh! I get it! How very theist of you. Threaten the non-believer. :)

  • @crankysaint Well, I AM evil... ;)

  • And to think I saw it on Mulberry Street...

  • I have been watching your videos for quite a while now and I have to admit that you make really good videos and good arguments for what you believe is right.I myself am not an overly religious person.I haven't been a church goer since I was 14.What I don't understand is why people have to get so upset weather their is a God or not.I think if you are happy I think that is whats important.Religion isn't to blame its the people who try to force it on others who are to blame in my opinion.

  • @tinydx95t2 Have you actually READ scripture? Forcing it on others--and being royal jerks about various things like, say, homosexuality--is written right into scripture, it's part of the religion. In fact, if you're not doing those things, you're not Doing it Right™.

And if you're happy, but not following the religion, you're allegedly going to be TORTURED FOR ETERNITY.

And religion ALSO gets science wrong, then makes it dogma that you have to get it wrong TOO.

Do you REALLY not see the problem?

  • @BionicDance people like him are so common they don't ever really read there book to know what should do.

  • @BionicDance I personally think that these so called "super Christians" that force religion down peoples throats is wrong and that's terrible.Like I said you make lots of good points.I just don't understand why all the fighting has to happen.Life is so short.I know that according to the Bible being anything other than heterosexual is wrong but I don't agree with it at all.Religion has a lot of BIG problems and defies logic for sure. It's hard to change things bc they've been taught for so long.

  • @tinydx95t2 The fighting has to happen because if it doesn't, I don't get to live my own life my own way. Because the religious are determined to be dicks about it...and it's not just christians, either.

The fight has to happen because the god-botherers can't relax their grip and learn to live-and-let-live.

  • @BionicDance I can understand that.Like I've said before you make some really good videos and I think you do a great job.I myself never understood why people are so religion crazy.i think that if o choose to put faith in a book just because you've been told to its kinda crazy but on the other hand if you really feel strongly about something its ok.I just don't agree with the forcing it on others.Let people make up their own minds. After all we aren't robots but most church goers may as well be.

  • You should hold a contest for atheist poems :-p

  • Bet Kiara probably liked the line "...makes me poo-poo". I never understood why believers call a skeptic 'Doubting Thomas' when Thomas was offered evidence. A story we must take on faith so we can believe another more unbelievable story. Insane!

  • lol - I'll not quibble with you over the meaning of "skeptic" - coz it's spot on to a greater extent :-)

I would, however, observe that there *are, indeed, 'skeptics' within the theological world - applying 'skepticism' to their faith as well as things of the natural world.

I hasten to add: I'm *not* saying you're "wrong"; just that you've excluded huge slices of the global population that use "Pascal's wager" for those things that we can neither quantify nor qualify using scientific method.

    ;-)

  • Ur always come through Bionic. I always look forward 2 ur vids.

  • @Gahuki44 Thanks! :)

  • I like your works in verse.

Inspired by a recent non prophets perhaps?

  • @TheBoyFromNorfolk Nope, just felt like being poetic.

  • The Late Great Planet Grape.

  • Very nice. You ever consider branching out to other topics? Rationalism should be applied to more than religios criticizm.

Oh and your backround reminded me of the higher level planets in the game Galactic Civilizations II.

  • @Felhaven I'm more likely to branch out into sci-fi than rationalism, but hey...ya never know, neh? :)

  • @BionicDance as long you keep postin' vids ☺

  • @Felhaven Well, that's certainly the plan! :)

  • @BionicDance must... let... channel... owner.. have... the... last word...

  • @Felhaven ...why? *raised eyebrow* ;)

  • @BionicDance Just tryin' to be a gentleman.

  • Comment removed

  • @BionicDance ok being a gentleman sucks cause now I'm bored.

  • @Felhaven *grin* :)

  • HA i actually was OFFLINE when you posted this one ;) lol sorry. I know i'm lame. I'm liking these poems. Your dance with words is that of a much elegant thing to behold.

  • That was a beautiful.

  • good night

  • Faith is a sin.

On a side note, there's an optometrist named Dr. Seuss in my city.

  • It dumbfounds me that im a jesus freak. AND a skeptic. Still love your videos. Hmm.

  • *snaps for you*

  • Skepticism is how we can learn to appreciate the world :)

  • Dr. Seuss goes atheist.

  • @buybuydandavis Pfft, Dr. Seuss must've been an athiest, he was a genius.

  • Did you intend for this to rhyme, or was that an act of god?

  • @punnet2 Intentional. I swear.

  • Been reading alot of Theodor Geisel (Dr. suess) lately?

  • @lautz73 Nah, just been, you know, feeling kind in a rut as far as my vids are concerned, so I'm trying something new. :)

  • Damn, you break the sterotype that white people can't rhyme like it's nothing!

    But really, amazing poem :D.

  • @RunyTheAtheist I'm not as white as you might think; I've got Native American and African blood, and Italians are also kinna swarthy...these offset the Austrian and French blood, leaving me with something of an olive complexion. Though under direct sunlight, I turn DARK...you just don't see it much cuz I live in cloudy-ass Seattle.

  • Fuck these rhymes are gangster

  • @BionicDance In fact you have gotten started you've narrated your own work. You could set up another YT channel and put it there or YTbers could get you to narrate their stuff if its good enough and this could be your folio to get into the industry.

  • OMG im a skeptic as well, we have so much in common xD

  • God's always so talktative in the bible, but now he won't return my calls =(

  • @SabresGuy5 I tried calling him about six months ago and the message I got was "This number is no longer available."

  • Here is my real beef about god, the reason they saqy we don't see him is cause he's "on another plane of existence." Last I remember, living beings can't live where the tesseract is.

By the way, an interesting person to look up if your interested. Frank Kimbler, he sent something to the lab you might find interesting. Apparently the alloy isnt normally found in foil form.:3

  • Curse you, iambic pentameter! :P

  • See, my gods -are- real, they are physical.... and they ravage worlds in the name of the warp. FOR CHAOS!!!

  • *toast*

    Quite

    :3

  • Ever think of being one of those people who is recorded on audio book?

  • @HimesInu Yup. Just no real idea how to get started.

  • @BionicDance Hey if you ever get to making an ebook, you should do it like OMGitsCriss did and make it free so more people can get access to it. That is unless you want charge for it. Just my opinion.

  • @BionicDance Find an author friend, ask him if it's alright for you to record reading his/her book, record reading his/her book, and send it to the nearest book company. I'm sure there are some around where you live.

  • @BionicDance contact a publisher like Random House and ask how they employ audio narrators or try the Writers' and Artists' Yearbook 2011 (if the USA has an equivelent) for an agent who would deal in that I'm sure an agent if they watched your narration from this video would hire you.

  • @BionicDance Find a few things that you like to read that you think suits your voice and create a show reel. Or even better compile all the poems you've written into a book and read that. could be another product idea right there.

  • I win! What's my prize Bionic?

  • @PainAddict666 Nice poem... you should write anti-religious books for children. You could do all of the illustrations too... or DarkMatter could do them. It'd be awesome.

  • @PainAddict666 Yanno...not a bad idea! :)
