You get the old altair robes when you finish sequence 9 at 100% and in your video you have 49 achivements so you dont have all of them (there are 53)

so i stood in the area you mentioned waiting for the tax guy because i beat the game and that was basically the only achievement i needed so when i got there i unpaused the video and before the before the video was even over the guy showed up and he was the first one i've ever seen, thanks alot, this really helped!

No there's a 30 meter dive part you have to clim a building to do it and idk where to go I got everything done but that's the one I'm missing

@Treats120 Do you mean the challenge for sprinting 30 meters without stopping? Go to the very east side of the lower map there is a restricted area that is mostly open field and no guards. Try it there :D

A faster way to get the tax evasion achievement is to beat the game and go into a restricted area of the city and the red dot will appear on your mini map. It has happen to me 3 times when I was running around doing the challenges for the guilds

@Treats120 Well, what do you need help with? how to do it in general? You unlock the ability when you complete the thief challenge set 2. Go to your DNA on start menu and scroll all the way to the right then one left is Challenges. Look under thief one for set 2. Once you complete those the thief's will start looting dead guards you have killed when they are following you. I will make a video guide on this soon if you all want it.

To get the robes u just have to complete sequence 8 with 100 sync
