not at all. I can squat 5x5 100 kg (not that it is really that much) but can't do one single leg squat. Reason is it's not only about brute strenght. It has lot to do with neural adaptation and in my particular case (and it happens just the same to lots of other persons) with my posterior chain, which is just too tight and will send me right to the floor no matter how strong I am. I bet she's more flexible than you by a mile (you should know that being her boyfriend XD).
It's called a rear-foot elevated split squat.

my ex girlfriend (a speedskater) could do 15 single leg squats on both legs, and she weighed 150lbs,
I couldnt do any, and i weigh 130lbs, im a cyclist but she still thinks her legs are stronger than mine...what do you think?
