Your video was very interesting it's obvious that Barclaycard US is very different to Barclaycard UK. When Barclaycard US took over juniper bank they should of informed you about this and the change of your APR rate. Why don't you log a complaint and ressolve it that way?
If you are poor withdraw your money.. you are actually losing money whilst keeping your money in there low interest/ then taxes at 20%...And if you have less than 50.000 your money will be disappearing overnight in a MAGNETIC STORM and you will NEVER get it back...So act now pass the word WITHDRAW....

If by crook, I've been had, the most they can do is win a judgment against me. None of my income can be garnisheed. It's either Social Security Disability Income or ERISA protected retirement. And it's not much. This I learned from my bankruptcy attorney. I filed BK out of necessity, not convenience. When I was down, Juniper Bank decided to kick me. They declined to negotiate and make it feasible for me to repay them. I would like to prevent them from being able to injure anyone else. Thanks.

I would also be interested in learning how these banks and collection agencies are connected. Are they part of the same institutions, seperate institutions, etc? Have you had similar credit bureau reporting issues with these institutions? Has anyone filed complaints with the FTC? My attorney is filing the B132 next week. He says the accounts have been dishcarged.

Juniper Bank immediately raised my interest rate to 29% and I had acquired penalties. Now I was unable to return to work and had no source of income until I was approved for disability. I agree,,,, I got scammed at an airport into signing up a for a card by barclays . the card was thru asiana airlines. been a nightmare from day one. The took my juniper acct info and assumed was the same info to date when I gave them my current account info and said I was over 30 days late and messed up my credit. I'm so upset can you help with this? I also paid them on the due date at 8:20 pm and the said cutoff was 7pm est. they mentioned late fees ..gotta call back today..

Barclays truly one of the worst setting a lower bar for customer service. I spoke with a gal in Malaysia today about a late fee. I missed the cut off by 4 hours because I was stuck on a tarmac in Panama City Florida for 6 hours before take off to the west coast. She actually told me that I could have called from the plane to make a payment. Yeah sure and risk getting arrested. When you are on the tarmac you cannot get out of your seat let alone use the phone.
John Varley is a thief and deserves absolutely no respect or support from the public. He is a thief in a suit. He is responsible for formulating Barclays model on excessive bank charges, and I hold him personally responsible for the theft of £800 from my Barclays Bank account. It is payback time !! Juniper Bank Sucks! They have been charging me 'finance' fees wich are not disclosed/published on my monthly statements. this eventuall brought me over my credit limit and now they are charing me over limit fees on top of it.
