@Waterdish101 Netherwing Ledge, SE of the mainland of Shadowmoon Valley, Outlands. Btw, you have to do a quest chain, including a 5-man group quest, to unlock Netherwing so you can get to the guy to turn in the eggs. Look up Netherwing on wowhead for more info.

I did this route twice today and went in the mines between the two and got a total of 13 eggs. One was a drop and I actually found a lot from the village area because everyone farms on the island and no one was at that area.

@convictPKlol No,.. your right! I found AT least 85% of my eggs in the mines, but it sucked when there were 4-5+ other people down there. That's when I'd had to log out and wait it out. I found about 140 eggs in 2 1/2 days. I got my nether drake yesterday morning. I am so stoked :) For those currently looking to learn how to find eggs, pay close attention to the details of where this toon stops. They spawn at all the spots but you really have to camp it out to be succesful. Good luck all :)

The reason some people might not be finding eggs, is cause he might be also pointing out were some nethercite nodes might be spawning at. The eggs some times drop off mining em.

actually they upped the spawn rate and number of spawns for the eggs, the eggs have a set limit of how many will spawn that im unsure of right now but i do know the have a timer of almost exactly 30 min

I managed to find the takeoff point okay, but without even a minimap it's almose impossible to see what direction hes going, after he lands an spins around a few times. And the camera isn't consistently following, so it's anybody's guess which way he goes when he puts the camera perpendicular and turns.

Too bad, cause it's a great idea.

@e2k42 -- Its best to start at the castle in SMV, check all the towers, check the area with the baby drakes, Fly to the top and check in the areas where the roofs are open. Then you fly to the Ledge, go clockwise and check all the floating islands. Then go to the big floating island and check all the peaks. Also go clear the mine, every mob has a chance of dropping an egg and there are multiple spawn points in there also
