how do you do the rocket start and the fire gaze attacks you just did in the video?

The rocket start you have to kinda fling the Wii-remote forwards right before it says "go" and the fire graze I think you just hit the jump button again when you're in the air, but you need to unlock and equip them to use them

Um, you probably need some of the speed power ups and maybe some jumping and homing attack ones too =P
