  • Is one of the dislikes the Korean coach that had to be restrained after the decision?

  • I'm proud of him as one of Japanese.

I'd like to live being strong like him from now on.

  • Gotta love a coach who knows how to take the pressure off, such as @ 2:50

  • The true form of Mushin is here.

  • たしかこの試合相手の韓国の選手が一度も公式戦で日本人に負けたことのない選手ですさまじいラスボス設定だったんだよなww

  • Thank you for uploading. Really, that's inspirering.

  • that was great watching, thank you for uploading :]

  • Thank you for uploading, as I can see, I have read many of the other comments and others like myself are moved by this. Life is a struggle, always chosing the right thing to do is what is supposed to be done, it is not easy. Don't give in and continue to battle the self

  • I like very much "Tada Ichigeki ni Kakeru" is so good! Thanks for upload this part of documentary

  • beautifull!!

  • Who is Eiga (sensei?) ?

  • Far as I can tell, he is one of the top competitors in kendo... there are several clips of him facing off against Miyazaki-sama in '99 and '00. He is extremely respectful towards his opponents, and likewise is respected for his humility and his tenacity in the matches.

  • u said it man!

  • he's friggen awesome.

i practiced with him wen he came to california :P

  • You traine kendo? Wich dojo?

  • a one handed tsuki, thats got to be one of the hardest points to score

  • how would u do a 2 handed tsuki.

  • BECOME A SHODAN THEN ASK YOUR SENSEI

  • Usually you do it when your opponent is coming toward you to attack, as a counter, since you don't get enough reach with 2 hands.

  • Thank you so much for posting this video. I was there in Glasgow and so far could not find any material on it. I do aikido but the KWC was truly a life changing experience. Kendo is formidable and I'm honoured I had the chance to see it.

  • Anybody know where the other parts of this documentary went? Can't seem to find them anymore.

  • eiga's tsuki is always beautiful to watch

  • I hear you on that... I was speechless for minutes when I first saw it. Amazing, beautiful, and terrific, all at the same time.

  • That's really inspiring, and to see Miyazaki Sensei as one of the Japan Coaches.. wow man

    A true Champion.. real spirit

  • Best video I've seen on youtube so far. Wonderful music as well.

  • This is great, very inspiring. I was there on the edge of the shaijo being amazed by his winning ippon.

  • very impressive.

    thank you for uploading.

  • Thank you for uploading this video. The Eiga brothers are completely amazing. I still have way more to learn about them. The are so completely strong-mind, body, spirit and heart. The single blow (tsuki)was completely amazing! It inspires me to practice so hard everyday. I will only be here in japan for a few more months, but to have Eiga sensei as my teacher I have learned so much already. Everyday, for as long as it lasts I will learn as much as I can.
