I think the most important key you're missing her is a self-motivational push. How'd you get the motivation to even do crunches the night you realized your minor muffin-top? Sometimes your body resists weight change as you get older.
you can eat whatever you want as long as you work off more calories than you ate. your body needs a certain amount of calories for regular everyday things whic is on avg 2000 cal for an avg person, if you eat significantly more than that avg you'll gain weight, but not if you work it off. for example, phelps eats enough for 4 people in a day, but he doenst gain weight because the work he does requires it! and essentially he burns it off, and uses the extra calories he ate.
i have that same muffin top, been trying to lose it but it just doesnt work.....ive already lost 14 pounds and yea it looks much better but its still there im 114 and everything else on my body is great.....the only thing i hate is my belly....i dont wanna go down another 14 pounds because i know i will end up losing my boobs......

Traditional diets were made for people who worked the land. Such as 12 hours a day kind of work. Here in middle age England, village people used to eat 5000 calories a day while they worked the land.

i like to remove my shirt and lay flat on my back on flat padded, yet solid, ground and let people stand and walk barefoot fullweight on their toes and balls of their feet with the tips of their big toes about an inch below the tip of my sternam. then while i do leglifts they can use their muscles by gaining leverage by pressing their hands up against a wall, low ceiling or overhead bar to apply additional pressure to their full body weight. a lot of people have told me that this is dangerous.
Nice technique, not so much on the tips. They are great also, do not get me wrong...lol...
However, I was referring to the technique on the "key words". I spotted "flat stomach" at least 22 times on your site including your title and web address...nice way to top google...keep up the good work.

You probably have the type of frame that stores a disproportionate amount of fat in your middle and that's genetics. Some people just have all the curves in the right places... again it's in their genes, but it's impossible to keep weight on in one area while losing your stomach.
I'm 5'4 and about 180 pounds. I'm thick as well and is working on my stomach while trying not to lose in other places. What I suggest is that you do "SQUATS". This excercise will help tone your thigh an butt area and you can actually maintain what your holding. It works for me :)
you said that you cannot jus spot train. but what about some athletes that u see with overworked areas on their bodies, like a person that runs track with really big defined legs?
True, their legs are toned but haven't you noticed that so is the rest of their body? Athletes also eat properly and do a total body workout even though they may focus more on one area. I was mainly talking about people who continue to eat junk food and fatty foods but try to tone their stomach only. Doesn't work.

You bring up good a very good point in your video -- that layer of fat covering the abs will not disappear with spot workouts. Everyone should be careful to not overwork the abs -- it doesn't require 7 days a week.
Everything you said in your video makes sense. I am going to try it and see it I can do this and hope it works, because I have lost weight in the past.

thankyou for replying again. i jus dont know what to do because every time i start exercising and eating right i start losing weight and then everybodys like your getting so skinny, your butt leavin. then i head back to wendys. im thinkin about lipo, jus so i can keep that curvy shape. i dont want to be slim. though ive heard youll keep the same frame but itll jus be smaller.thanks again.

thanku 4 replying back i diidnt expect that. 1 more quest. i want to stay thick im 5'4 155i love my butt and thighs but this stomach has to go. how is it that some of these girls like delicious or lisaray have that curvy body and that flat stomach. mine is not out of control i look good in clothes but a bikini is a no-no

You probably have the type of frame that stores a disproportionate amount of fat in your middle and that's genetics. Some people just have all the curves in the right places... again it's in their genes, but it's impossible to keep weight on in one area while losing your stomach.

I'm 5'4 and about 180 pounds. I'm thick as well and is working on my stomach while trying not to lose in other places. What I suggest is that you do "SQUATS". This excercise will help tone your thigh an butt area and you can actually maintain what your holding. It works for me :)

you said that you cannot jus spot train. but what about some athletes that u see with overworked areas on their bodies, like a person that runs track with really big defined legs?

True, their legs are toned but haven't you noticed that so is the rest of their body? Athletes also eat properly and do a total body workout even though they may focus more on one area. I was mainly talking about people who continue to eat junk food and fatty foods but try to tone their stomach only. Doesn't work.

your video is true about the buldge and you gain wait everywhere buthey im a skinny guy and started lifting weights and im 14 but i have a buldge of fat hanging down my lower abs and my upper abs are straight, i can sorta see my 4 pack on my upper area and my lower abdominals are fat, it's a big buldge, how do i get flat abs up and bottom?
but its weired io have skinny arms though can u help me?

im one of those teens and i look in the mirror and dont really like what i see but now after i saw this i dont really feel that way! i saw my friend the other day and notice also she had the little "muffin top"! and started to notice im not the only one!
i think ill practise your advice! please keep it up maybe have videos on some exersizes! i dont really like the gym and doing crunches! i dont like those sweaty work outs so i stick with yoga/body balance!

You bring up good a very good point in your video -- that layer of fat covering the abs will not disappear with spot workouts. Everyone should be careful to not overwork the abs -- it doesn't require 7 days a week.
