  • Wow your compleatly wrong, 2 LIGHTS means overheating, one and three lights means hardware failure

  • 2 lights is over-heating and one red light means the solders are in wrong place and three red lights is hardware your right lol

  • Well i dont know if your trying to be a smart ass(I dont think you are)but if we want to be exact its actally the opposite, because three lights is sometimes actually a solder problem and thats why you get the RROD.

On the other hand the One ring could be both a solder problem or a Hadrware filure, but for the most its a hardware failure that cant even be fix, but there are exceptions on some for example E74 can be fix. but most of the other ones cant and have to be sent to MS.

  • What ar ethe Requirements ona PC to Flash a Xbox 360 Drive I already Have the PCI card VT6421A

  • The requirements aren't shit if you flash it with DOS. What kind of drive do you have? If you have a liteon, it's more difficult to get the drive key, you'll need a connectivity kit and it is recommended that you get an add on probe so you don't have to solder

  • and a connectivity depending on your drive

  • people save yourself the pain of this crappy iprep software and use DOS FLASH! dosflash works every time perfectly with benq's and samsungs. Just download new iprep .8 or w/e and its included when making boot disc. simply type dosflash at command prompt and follow its steps. IPREP BLOWS!

  • got the xbox back . . . it worked no charges just say you have 3 lights instead of one . . .

  • After the reading the banks and you start to flash, and it ask to make sure to turn off the drive DO NOT TURN OFF, it will freeze instead leave it ON ! and hit any key. Trust me I've alot of benq's and into this problem. this was a minor screw up in the making of the software.

  • if you flashed alot of Benq's please help me am trying to flash mine at the moment and am having problem where it tell me to turn on (2secs) and off (2secs) coz i do the right steps but nothing happens :s , help me if u can "PLEASE".

  • E65 dats tha error

  • It's probably a E64 error. Hook your cables to your tv and watch. Probably not good though getting an E64 everytime you mod a benq. It's rumored M$ is using an E64 error as reasoning for banning live users.

  • When it was tested it worked fine though the drive was louder then normal on backups. Now I could have replaced drive though the owner wanted an elite so he got me to flash back to normal and he traded it in. The other option i know of is replace the drive for another one and reflash the drive with the old drive key.

  • First of all its a BenQ and i have flashed plenty of these drives they all work fine usually now flash them via NTFS 4 DOS. The consoles have all worked fine, the process is much like the Samsungs drives. However only this one drive flashed with a red light.

  • still waiting on a philips-liteon flash mod....

got two 360s i gotta mod.

  • lol thats a benq ligh on drive you cant flash them hahaha what a dum shit!!!

  • you flashed it wrong tbh

  • yes when i flashed mine it did the same not sure why.. but it worked still!

  • Mine just did this also, but it is working perfectly so far.

  • I flashed it back to stock where it does not make any noise and traded console in for an elite with a local game store.

  • IS there anyway to fix that??

  • oops
