nice technique but with the legs over lock with arm bar the opponant can still get up, you need to cross your legs over above the arm with right leg over left, try it, it works. nice stuff tho !!
@BakaYaru13 I would argue that a simple t-shirt would probably rip, but considering 1) even if you do have to adjust for a newly shirtless opponent, considering he likely has no clue what he's doing, it should be easy enough to adjust, and 2) Hoodies are a favorite for small-time crime, and that won't rip, I do agree practicing utilizing the gi won't really hurt.
Gi or no gi ,these move will work if applied correctly

good ..but...they rely on grabbing the gee. There is no gee on the street or MMA. However that is a fine instructor. Good stuff.
