  • Bro, great jumps! I'm a (mature 26yo+) bmx-race rider and they were impressive. Try not using your heals soo much when sprinting-toes for short distance. Love the enthusiasm

  • Run barefoot. It will seriously shape up your form, because trying to sprint this way with no shoes on, will not last more than 2 steps. If you learn to run with like 80% effort barefoot, your form will naturally shape up; well moreso than if you continue to do it this way.

  • wow it looked like your legs were 50 pounds overweight looked like your upperbody was a second ahead of them. I ran 100 meters (eeh.. yards idk) at about 10.46 when I was in the 6:th grade.

  • Sounds like you are running flat footed and slapping your feet on the ground. You should be on the front of your feet when spriting. Good video, just work on the form a little.

  • you dont get big legs from running. Do squat and calf raises or something instead if you want big legs.

    Is this a good workout for speed training? Im trying to get from a 4.7 to a 4.4 will this help? Am I suppose to feel sore?

  • @lordvoldemort578 4.4 is pretty damn quick. I believe I run a 4.5 but i'm a track athlete. You have a ton of sets, but the sets themselves seem too short in my opinion. I would do fewer sets for much longer. Like, 3 sets of the box jumps but instead of doing 10, do 20. Besides that I couldn't really tell you. I'm not a profession coach or anything just an athlete. If you did all of those the next morning you should feel decently sore. Also try some frog leaps or stagered lunges

  • great vid dude, altho i think you would run faster if you kept your arms at right angles.
