I've also seen that. The man beat the horse until he was bloody. It was sickening. There is a way to train them it's usually part of dressage and NO blood involved

@Tyra257 he's teaching it how to do a piaffe(i think thats the right term) anyways he is teaching to do an extended trot in place it is an easier way to teach them and it is very safe for the horse and you should only do this if you know the horse and trust it with your life but i would sugest to him that he should wear a helmet because its a full height stall with metal bars.
