  • @shindudegoodhaha yeah i totally aggree with u on everything except the kung fu kicks karate's but it just depends on what you favor i favor kung fu but karate is good to :D

  • hahah kyokushin karate we hold at higher angels for 100 seconds at a time plus we do full contact sparring every week

  • you hold it only 5 seconds? or are you showing it just for short to know how to do it? :D because at my training we hold every leg about 30 seconds

  • Same. We hold ours for anywhere from 30 seconds minimum to 1 1/2 minutes per leg. We do it sometimes lying on the ground though.

    I'd still take PNF over a 7 minute ma bu though. DX
