My great grandfather passed awhile back, my great gram stayed strong and pushed through her remaining years and died a peaceful life then my other great grandpa died shortly after, and now they are all up the stairway to heaven <3

My stepdad passed away about a week ago from lung- and spinal cancer. His funeral is this thursday. He had 3 songs he wanted to be played at his funeral, they are John Holm - Sommaräng. John Holm - Den öde stranden. and last, but certainly not least, Led Zeppelin - Stairway to heaven.

This is one of the most epic songs ever made, that is what he thought and that is what i think aswell. This song will be echoing in the church on thursday. <3

@HaggardJizol Then advertise the title as a cover or remake; it currently implies that its the studio version. A trained ear can pick up a few differences you've made in the sound.. the tone of one of the background guitars sounds different. The voice track sounds enhanced with something.

Watever though to be honest it still sounds amazing.

this was my grandma's favorite song and unfortunately she passed away from cancer a few months ago, she was my inspiration and guided me in the right direction and i listen to this song everyday, very depressing. R.I.P Grandma. i love you.
