@kriskoster This was my first property video ever and it was pretty bad, I use some of the best video companies in LA for luxury homes, however I still do the flip cam walk through videos as well because that is what the consumers want, real videos not fancy production videos, so I now do both.

@yipset1 Thank you for your compliment. Prices held up pretty well here in Beverly Hills & the Platinum Triangle areaas. Our values declined between 20-30% overall but much less than other areas.

not sure if you said a view of pollution or ocean.. also you should think about wearing a lapel microphone the sound was the shits.. you can pull out background noise if you had done your homework.. also a quick walkthrough before the shoot without the camera would have made you look like less of an amatuer when you tried to walk through the locked door.. Linen creases but is light and cool on a hot day, suits and shirts should be tailored for perfect fit, some things are tacky no matter how big the price tag, Mercedes & BMW are overrated.

Trust your gut, never let someone stop you being what you want to be, set yourself realisitic goals to achieve, work towards them everyday.

Linen is for the rich because you can afford to look wrinkled and change your outfit 2-3 times a day.
