maybe a remote controlled heli model? would the heat from the engine show as a bright dot on IR? Just asking... the motion could resemble that of a small heli. besides, it descends in front of the trees, so it can't be that big

This is just an stupid torsch ballon.
See the hour, it is not possible to see it withoud infrared, because the fire in the torsch is ending, and the ballon is dropping.

but the guy with the camera is telling the other guy that he only sees it coz he is using IR. the guy off camera can't see it
