But I like to think that the secret in-joke between Xe and Gab is that sailors must have very capable, deft hands from tying all those sailors' knots. Maybe the joke is "You must have sailor's hands because you tie me in knots." ;-) Trying to figure out how to work that into a fic. Hee.
