Im sorry, I would but its mostly just skill and i don't see how a video would help you. Just keep trying, and remember the best time to get kills is right after you sink the last ship and the end right before the mission ends.

you use them in co-op campaign to unlock cheats, acheive challenges, and getting all of them awards you with a trophy.

when you are in co-op and you are the host, go to game settings and set deathcards as enabled, then choose the cards you want active.

Oh my bad. ok open the cd case, and you will see a CD. DONT GRAB THE CD! instead, move your attention to the left, slowly, until you see a small booklet. Take that booklet out, close the case, learn how to read, and then read it =D
