  • do you have the silk wet before you start painting it? or is it dry?

  • @rifleboypa The silk is dry, it is thirsty for color. If the silk is wet, it is not thirsty, it is not eager to get color and the color does not run fast. This color is more crispy when dry paint, and more subtle when wet paint. Do I make sense?

  • @yanghaiying absolutely.. i'm trying this for the first time this weekend!

  • do you have caged birds at home?just curious...You are extremely talented btw.

  • no. we did not have cage. these birds were just passing by.

  • cuantos años tiene en esto?

  • where can we get that gutter wax thing? is it sold in any art shops?

  • Yes, I sell. But if you live in Australia, there is are several local sources and online vendor. Send me a message if you are interested. Thank you,

    good luck.

  • Very Beautiful!

  • what was it outlined first?? with gutta?? what's that?? =)

  • It is a wax like thick liquid. You outline first so that the colour will stay within its boundary.

  • Very good
