What's funny is the only way to kill off an entire race is to blow up their planet, this series could have gone on forever if they wanted. I only saw the first 2 when I was a kid and recently DVR'd the 3rd film to watch, so I gotta rewatched them again, but I remember loving this film series

@The360Zombie Low budget is a relative term, but if I have to come up with "low budget" films that were great, off of the top of my head I'd throw American Graffiti, El Mariachi, Clerks, Eraserhead and The Terminator. Terminator alone has more story in it than loads of multi-million dollar bullshit. But for kids like you, of course, story is unimportant.

@PiranhaJaw22 Todays movies are jokes if anything. Between all the idiot horror films, the over use of cg, and the countless remakes/adaptions its just sad.

Oh yes theres a few creative directors and writers left out there but for the most part we are stuck with michael bay and even worse zach snyder. Now im not saying critters 3 is a masterpiece but at least it was an original idea even though its campy as hell.

I was as specific as possible for the amount of words I can write in a single comment. What "generalisations" were you trying to point out in my comment? That alot of movies today suck. That many of them use alot of cg. That theres few creative directors out there still. What do you want man, specific examples for each?
