  • no offence dude but your doing everything wrong, first half of lat pull down was good, but then after that you do everything else wrong.. half way through you were only moving your arms a couple inches, never doing a full rep, you need more range of motion.. same with your dumb bell flys.. you have to do  full reps, havnt you ever seen a pro do it betore? watch met-rx videos and take a look at his chest

  • @knewok just because you havent seen certain techniques does not mean they 're wrong The repetitions you state as wrong are called partial repetitions. Their purpose is targeting one muscle group more effectively than doing full range motion. flyes for example. The tension is always on the muscle as opposed to the full range 'cheating' you refer to. With dumbbells there are portions of the repetition that have no tension on the chest and other portions that are actually dangerous.

  • @celebritytrainertech i didnt call full range "cheating" so dont try to put words in my mouth. full range of motion is better. end of story

  • @knewok check out Golds Venice or actually go train with anyone that has acquired a decent build, they will educate you..dude...and the exercise muscle combinations you recommend absolutely lead to tendon and joint problems. Dude....I have a degree in kinesiology and am a certified trainer as well as trained with many pros owned a GOlds Gym and am good friends with and have trained with many pro athletes. Thanks your comment enabled me to answer questions that hopefully prevent many injuries

  • @celebritytrainertech whatever guy.. partial reps are for pussies and i have talked to tons of pros and have done my research, i know what works. and i dont believe you owned a golds gym and all that bullshit.. thats about as believable as the bible

  • Hi and thanks for the comments... the machine is a Bowflex with the lat bar attachment... some bowflex's come automatically with them now... and the dumbbells are called powerblocks.. they are adj. weight dumbells.
