Hey wolv. A suggestion. For the shower you can take out the block where the water could flow through. Use signs to hold it in so it looks like its pouring onto you.

wolv this is for the first time you placed the piston you can just put redstone on top of the block you put the switch on thumbs up so he can see

Wolv the block the water falls on try using a half block and if that doesn't work put halfblock around it so its not so bulky :D
