Ignorance is not the appropriate word to use in regards to faith. You have to be educated in the Bible as well as secular studies in history to come to a definitive answer on Christ. I have been listening to them since 1999 which was about 3-4 years AFTER they started and I can tell you that they are.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Skillet. I just saw them this summer at Creation Fest. I just HATE IT when people come here claiming that they're "metal". Skillet is rock. Metal are bands like Demon Hunter, As I Lay Dying, and Impending Doom. Rock are bands like Skillet, Decemberadio, and DC Talk.

@riku3323 umm excuse me but being a christian isn't about being arrogant. if people don't agree with your beliefs, then that is up to them. you do not have to be a Christian to enjoy this. i enjoy listening to rap music, but the morals in those songs are horrible. i dont follow those morals, but i still listen to that music occasionally. and get a life? that was a bit rude. also, you can associate with people and things that dont have the same beliefs as you.
