There called Venetians, you can get them in white or black and you can get side/quarter window venetians aswell.

The rear Venetians for a VL cost about $160-$180 brand new.

you cant get them in sydney new. You have to get them from Victoria if you want them new or go onto ebay and they sell good quality metal ones brand new.
