@mrsquadbot He didn't say it's impossible to lift you opponent without him running towards you or jumping, he said it looks more credible if you're not a big person. For instance, if you and I are the same size and I lift you easily, it just doesn't look realistic although it's not hard to lift a person that way, but if I "use" the momentum of your run towards me to lift you up and slam you down, it looks way better. When Kane chokeslams a man, that man jumps, it's not 'cause of Kane's strength.

I'm in a Wrestling Club and I did get Sidewalk Slammed by 4 guys.

They have always do the Sidewalk Slam from a Standing Position from the Ropes is a good idea to use this Move.

1 guy is smaller then me but he is heavier then me the landing was always painful for my stomach.

One guy is about my own size he always landed on his butt then the landing didn't hurt me then my current trainer(my real trainer is back next month)said to him land sideward like we do in the sideward fall school.

I've never liked this move - in comparison to other bumps it's "low impact" (a drop from waist height), so you're getting a ton less impact than a normal vertical suplex...

Unless it's done by a "big man", it always seems like a lazy move
