  • i heard that somepeople can't tolerate too much Almond flour, and in general Hazelnuts flour is much better and very well tolerated,,any idea?

  • @qasion I've heard that as well. I think that almond flour isn't the best for me, I've migrated towards eating more coconut flakes, and coconut milk which seems to agree with my system better than the almond flour.

  • @ihaveuc Grea to hear that. So I guess the high fiber in coconut flour doesn't affect you.

I will try it. Thanks for the input.

  • @qasion no, the coconut flour hasn't been a problem, but for the most part, I've been using the cocnut flour to make coconut milk with a blender and straining out the cocnut flakes, so not much fiber getting into the milk...I think. SUPER YUMMY in smoothies, I highly recommend!

  • i appreciate the recipe and I love the video.. i love how you didn't know if the eggs were a good buy :)

  • @servantrose thx so much, so happy you're enjoying the videos!!

  • This pizza crust recipe was awesome! I made it with pineapple, goat cheese, and prosciutto. Thanks Adam!

  • @Infamuscow nice job, sory for my delayed response. you getting any July boarding out your way??

  • @ihaveuc can you upload a video of you doing a recipe that conains bacon or a video that contains nice pancakes you can eat for breakfast cheers your friend from the U.K. haha

  • Aren't eggs a no no for us?

  • @endthedisease if you are like me and following the SCD dieting program to heal the colon, eggs are for sure a legal part of the diet and an important source of protein. from all the people I talk to who have UC, very few people have issues with eggs.

has a doctor told you eggs are a "no no" before, or is there some other reason you thought that?

  • @ihaveuc ok then, I guess I must have read it on some website. The hardest thing is getting good credible information.

  • I'm totally trying out this recipe! thanks for the post.

  • @morphix1988 cool, yeah, just make sure to put some olive oil down on the tray you put the dough on, and also, I'd say to put in enough flour so its not as sticky as it looks in the video.

and lastly, if you can, try to get the dough pretty thin, or else the thick spots will potentially over-power the rest of the pizza.

let me know how it goes for you!
