  • We are gonna be out number here Ed

  • hicks

  • we'll see about it

  • Man alot of Americans are dumb as FUCK!!!! All the poor and filthy fucking dirty rapist uneducated left Europe for America and look what resulted. A fucking good for nothing whore-country!

  • @FieldMarshalRommel23 Keep your slanderous lies to yourself, fat bu-oooy.

  • @Javelen I'm only fat cause your mum gives me a biscuit every time I screw her!

  • @FieldMarshalRommel23 How dare you insult my mother like that, I want an apology immediately.

  • @FieldMarshalRommel23 Fuck duit!

  • @FieldMarshalRommel23 Shut the fuck up you eurotrash faggot! We don't tolerate that shit in america boy!

  • @BeatlesAnthology Shut the fuck up bitch. My American gf loves it up the ass!

  • @FieldMarshalRommel23 Your american GF? Good keep the bitch in europe with the rest of you faggots!

  • @BeatlesAnthology Nah she takes it like it's going out of fashion! Good looking guys from Ireland "like me" can get any girl in the US! When I went to vegas and washington my fat ugly friend had girls all over him. He had a different bitch every night. Back home he could only get it off other fat ugly bitches. US girls love taking it from Irish boys!

  • The name's Tucker!

  • You watch and see who runs this deposition, big boy.

  • More evidence we should force Mexico to take Texas back.....

  • This makes my future career of court reporting sound very . . . interesting.

  • this is great- more of this depositon can be seen on a documentary called "A lawyer walks into a Bar" on netflicks -it's about taking the br exam.

  • It's not often you hear a lawyer calling the witness he's deposing an "asshole" and a "dumb son of a bitch". Not to mention, calling one of the other lawyers "fatboy". LOL!!

Nice work Joe!! I'd hire you in a second!

  • @gretschjazzer Only in America would a barrister act like a thug!

  • @FieldMarshalRommel23

he's not a barrister. No such thing in the US.

  • Maybe he should have said - "Ain't we overlooking the - elephant in the room"

  • we'll see about it

  • Press 5 constantly to see the witness trying to get someone in bed

  • Thumbs up if you love Tucker's high-pitched objection.

  • TFM

  • "Are you threatening to fight?...." HAH. This is gold.

  • Fat Boy caused all the problems in this video.

  • That ain't your got-damm job, fat bu-oooy.

  • @hollyfromdallas "Mr hair piece .." .LOL

  • Deposition is just another word for interrogation. Lawyers want to treat the other party how ever they want and they're expected to just sit and take it. If the lawyer isn't happy with the answer they will keep asking it and reword it until they have something to manipulate, it's a joke. What I hate about these youtube depositions is they aren't complete. If they were, every comment would be to hang the lawyer asking the questions. There's a reason there are so many dead lawyer jokes.

  • Ets boooolshet.

  • wow the aggro guy's a power hungry idiot... texas has problems!

  • LOL...If this depo had taken place back in the '40s or '50s, guns would probably have been pulled, or at least somebody's ass would have been kicked!

  • "Fat boy!"

    "Mr. Hairpiece!"

  • "Mr. Hairpiece..."

    What a country!

  • Jamail is a douche, but still a legend. Hook 'em!

  • @grrrstick A douche? Jamail is my hero, and about the only longhorn I can stand.

  • @ShowMeConservatism: I'm from ohio and have heard of Joe Jamail. The mans a great lawyer. Serious hardass. Gotta love old joe.

  • I wanna know whose side we're on. We're gonna be outnumbered Ed.

  • The guy who may or may not be the guy's lawyer obviously has no understanding of the concept of Standing. If he's not openly representing someone involved in the case, he has no standing to object to anything. It's the same as if I walked in off the street into a criminal trial and objected to the questioning of a witness. I'd get kicked out because I'm not involved.

  • @DeleteMeifyoucan

From what I gathered, "Ed" the guy who made the objection and was or was not this guy's lawyer (probably was not officially his lawyer) was a corporate lawyer for Monsanto (the enormous chemical company) who probably was used to being a whale in a fishbowl in most of his cases representing them. and we all heard him get put in his place. - would like to know more about the case though

  • we'll see bout it

  • nothing but a bunch of haters.

  • My name's tucker!

  • If you want to know why our country is so screwed up, just look at how many lawyers are in Congress. They only have one goal in mind; To make things easier for the lawyers and to make laws that only they can interpret. At the present, they are the scourge of society. It wasn't always that way in this country but we have so many now that they cannot compete unless there are enough laws that require the person to obtain a lawyer. Blood suckers; most of them!

  • @5papa

i know, all those dirty lawyers who...founded the country?

stop electing them if you don't like them, but americans blaming congress for its problems is stupid. YOUR fault, not theirs!

  • @acstas87

Your statement makes no sense. I am simply saying that there are too many lawyers in Congress. Yes I know we elect them but we need to stop electing so many lawyers to Congress. They have everything in this country tied up. If you like 'em good for you. You probably are one.

  • @5papa

the point is don't complain about people you elect. maybe you're not one of the "every congressmen is awful but mine's so great" crowd, but it certainly came across that way in the first post.

  • @acstas87

Your statement still lacks. I am simply saying that there are too many lawyers in Congress and they make a mess out of our laws. I did not say anything about my congressman or yours. I am lumping Congress together and making my statement as a whole. I am sorry your interpretive skills don't allow you to see it that way.

  • @5papa

Well Congress's primary function IS to make laws. Those who graduate from law school receive a J.D.(in most cases), which is earned by reading, analyzing, memorizing, debating, interpreting, etc. the law.

Just like a graduate of West Point has probably received the most relevant education to become an Army Officer, those with J.D.s are going to have the most relevant education when it comes to making laws.

We have lots of lawyers in Congress, b/c it makes sense. (im not a lawyer btw)

  • @blitzmut:

Are you telling me only lawyers can pass laws? Are you telling me than lawyers don't pass laws that are favorable to the legal profession? What if the majority of congressmen were doctors? Do you not think they would pass laws favorable to the medical profession. I don't object to lawyers being in congress. I just object to so many. We need a bigger cross section. More businessmen, doctors, teachers, labor, lay people who work everyday etc. We are not all represented!

  • @5papa

Not at all. Surely, but they pass more laws that are favorable to other professions other than lawyers - construction workers, doctors, insurers, bankers, oil men, law enforcement, merchants, etc etc.The vast majority directly benefit those OTHER than lawyers, wouldn't you agree? unfortunately getting into Congress requires a lot of free time&money, 2 things not as common among the professions you listed as among lawyers but there are loads lobbyists ;) many more than elected reps.

  • @blitzmut

That is precisely my point. It should not be prohibitively expensive to run or get elected to Congress. It never used to be that way at one point in our history. The congress passes laws favorable to other professions but where we go wrong is that we side too much one way, left or right. Trial lawyers are notoriously left wing. These are the majority of people getting elected to Congress these days; henceforth they pass legislation that will result in business for themselves.

  • Thanks Dragon for the post! I say; GO Joe! Give-em Hell! I have a great video of Joe when he was on the David Brinkley Show with Sam Donaldson & George Will arguing tort reform with insurance lawyers back in ’85 it lit up the action there too!

  • HA HA, Damn I wonder what this case was even about for them to get THAT rowdy in the first place

  • Oh, and trust: I have had people trust me with hundreds of thousands of their dollars in my hands without question and without incident.

You people should get your facts straight before you speak.

  • @cameronblanca - HEY, con-seller I never said ALL lawyers are cocksuckers, just most of them, I stick with that! I don't get any of my facts off TV or movies, but from real life, that is why I KNOW most lawyers are low-lifes. I have never sued anyone, though I have had the opportunity (with a winning case) many times. My heart goes goes out to you and your time spent in school - but if you had learned to play piano and gotten a job in a whore house doing that - more people would respect you!

  • @jehovahuponyou - If I am one of the people you speak to about 'facts', then I remind you again about your non-objective and naive view of those about you that have chosen the same worthless profession you have! You may be (and I hope you are) a person that brings morals, ethics, and a heart to the profession of being a lawyer - but if you would open your eyes and be honest (for just once) you would see some of the rotten bastard lawyers that give being a lawyer a very bad name!

  • To become a lawyer, I had to study hard all the way through school. I had to secure top grades in college to get into law school. I had to endure 3 years of law school competing with other students who earned top grades in college. I had little income throughout all this time. After graduation, I had student loan debt to pay, which I did, every month for 10 years until paid in full.

  • Lawyers do a lot more than sue people. I am a property lawyer. I help businessmen organize their businesses, observe the laws of our society, and write their contracts. I help people buy and sell real estate. I help people plan their estates and transfer their property to their heirs. Many clients ask for my advice to solve all kinds of problems. There are thousands or hundreds of thousands like me. (Continued)

  • (Continued) It’s funny, too, how the other guy’s lawsuit is a bunch of crap, but when you have been damaged or injured, it’s all about you getting justice.

Many if not most people’s image of lawyers comes from movies and t.v., hardly a reliable source of hard facts. This lawyer bashing is embedded in popular myth, and eaten up by people without the intellectual capacity to consider the source. (Continued)

  • Most of these posts lack any argumentative value at all: all conclusions and accusations, but no facts.

To lump all lawyers, more than 1 million in the U.S., in the same categories like “greedy cocksuck[ers]” is ridiculous. That label, and the rest of these labels, is applied without knowing a single thing about nearly every one of those insidious attorneys. (Continued)

  • PASS OUT THE PISTOLS - AND I HOPE THEY ALL KILL EACH OTHER - A ROOM FULL OF DEAD LAWYERS IS BETTER THAN A ROOM FULL OF ROSES!

    AMEN!

  • @jehovahuponyou What's your problem with lawyers?

  • @cameronblanca - SOME LAWYERS, NOTHING - MOST LAWYERS, NAME IT!

  • @jehovahuponyou You have it exactly backwards.

  • @cameronblanca - I take extreme care with my sentence structures, I always say what I mean and mean what I say - nothing backward at all about my post - thanks!

  • @jehovahuponyou Without laws and lawyers, anarchy would reign. Lord of the Flies style. Common every day disputes would be settled with violence and you would have no rights whatsoever. I like living in an orderly world, not one filled with chaos.

  • @Pendragon1717 - Lawyers do not make laws - they interpret the Law.

Lawyers neither promote nor deter anarchy - they survive off the woes of others while getting rich stealing, defending criminals, pushing divorce, etc., just being greedy bastard in general.

If most citizens had the balls to settle everyday disputes like humans, most fucking lawyers would be out of business and have to get a real job. Nearly every dispute can be settled without violence and certainly without... contd...

  • @jehovahuponyou ...contd...

    ... a greedy lawyer!

My rights do NOT come greedy cocksucking lawyers, but from the Constitution - HOWEVER, many low life greedy bastard lawyers have interpreted the Constitution so that my rights have been limited and in some cases taken away!

An orderly world is one where the citizens handle matters between themselves (with no third party), Laws are good, Police are good (sometime), America is great, lawyers still sux!

Dragon, how the Hell old are you?

  • @jehovahuponyou I'm 26 but that's not relevant. You sound like you have been screwed over by a lawyer. Our state legislatures are FILLED with lawyers and the majority of the founding fathers at the Constitutional Convention where also lawyers, so they do write law. You're far too idealistic if you think citizens can sort out their own disputes. People are irrational and impulsive. You come up with an invention. Someone steals it. Too bad, you're up shit's creek..unless you get a lawyer.

  • @Pendragon1717 - Never been screwed over by a lawyer, just lived long enough and know enough of them to stay clear, lest I get shit on me! Sure I am Idealistic, seems though you are too inexperienced and naive about lawyers - you think they hung the moon and solve ALL problems - sorry, lad, they don't! In a simpler time, citizens DID settle their own disputes and sure there is a need for lawyers, but those with morals and ethics!

Are you a law student, else why defend such a low life group!

  • @jehovahuponyou Have two friends who just graduated law school. I too wish we were a less litigious society. But it seems like whenever any dispute occurs, the other side is quick to jump to a lawyer so you really don't have a choice. I imagine it was a better time when business deals could just be done with a handshake.

  • @Pendragon1717 - Thanks for your post, Dragon. It is certainly true that our society is hooked on litigation! Those who 'jump' to a lawyer (as you said) is what promotes greed in that profession - so I also blame society for spoiling lawyers. The Law and lawyers are needed in a society as complex as ours has grown - but you are certainly correct about the simple beauty of a time when a handshake meant more than a gavel rapped on a bench!

Good to meet ya, Lord Bless!

  • The guy doing all the cussing is the richest lawyer in the world. Joe Jamail from texas, he's worth a little over 1 billion.

  • fucking idiots...love that TWANGGGG!! redneck morons.

  • LOL

  • You also realize that the gov is trying to restrict your use of video recording so you need permission of every one to record. So if you are in a public park with lets say some one threaten to beating you up and manage to record that you may find your self in jail for recording it.

I believe every time you see a want to be or elected Politician you need to ask question about getting laws that would allow you to record in public both audio and visual.

  • I loved it.

  • what are you gonna do about it asshole

  • grrr, LOL! Gotta love our Texans...

  • Whether they become lawyers or judges deep down they're white trash

  • @tusepagliacco

WTF was that fat, mouthy, yankee bastard thinking?!?

    Oh well.

    'Gaters gotta eat too.

  • Comment removed

  • @tusepagliacco Don't let the accents fool you.

  • I read somewhere that "Tucker" is apparently Jack Tucker. The attorney on the chemist's side (on the chemist's employer's side? I think that's the reason for Tucker's asking if the other lawyer is representing the chemist) is this jackass who went to Vanderbilt.

  • OMG

  • @smokeymctokem

    fuck you?

  • "......are you threatening to fight?"

"and another thing..." this is the funniest video EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • U watch and see big boy!

  • @Crushradio1 Here's a suggestion: go fist yourself.

  • texas.... nuff said.

  • Texas is God's country. We haven't been wussified by the PC bullshit. When you hear this kind of verbiage, there's bout to be some scrappin. We don't talk a lot of shit, but when we do... It's a warning. When I go up north or West Coast, it's all bark and no bite. Not so much in the Lone Star State. Don't mess with Texas.

  • @iamtheclay redneck, u have your god, ill have fun

  • Worthless Lawyers.

  • @AnonymousWhitePerson Worth more than $1 billion, actually.

  • Americans, I confess, I love your Lone Star State for the sheer manliness it represents.

A rough land, where men are still men to this day .

No wonder so many gather to worship the lord of Abraham and Jacob there.

the soil is of good quality .

  • @KhyberBoy09 Texas? A men are still men?

Buncha shit kickin' wanna be gotards!

Sure, where the men are men.

    But the cows run scared.

  • the redneck lawyer on the right whom we can't see is an idiot.

  • Or the richest attorney in Texas, with two statues on the University of Texas campus because of his donations.

But yea, I'm sure he's an idiot.

  • An idiot worth 1.5 Billion

  • That is Joe Jamali, one of the most prominent and successful attorneys in the Country. A pretty good guy I am told. @RIPmyers

  • lmao esj8341 that is the truth

  • Fuckin useless lawyers

  • Try and go to law school and pass the Bar.

  • This is obviously a situation that calls for Chuck Norris to sort out.

  • @esj8341 Now THAT is funny!

  • you get just as much justice as you can afford...............

  • Texas Rules!!!!

  • WoW!

  • Funny face -> 2:34

  • "incipient verbal diarrhea" LOL

  • " ... are you threating to fight? ..."

  • lol he called him fatboy

  • What's important to note here is that the thug represents MONSANTO, the single most evil company on Earth.

  • MONSANTO RULES!!!

  • Texas Style Deposition? I thought it was going to be men shooting guns into the air for 3 minutes.

  • I was there and the old man you see on video actually pulls a gun out and kills everybody in the room.

    P.S.-I ran out.

  • pause it at 2:36. funny face

  • You watch and see big booooooooooooooy lol.

  • Joe Jamail is the "King of Torts" and one of the most respected lawyers in the USA and the World. Sad isnt it?

  • kenfo0... I enjoyed reading your opinion. I think you are right. A general lack of respect and a perverse interest worshipping at the alter of materalism and ego is all to common. Yet, sadly, in it his nation it is common for such wags to ascend to great heights in business and governance. The self-serving bias is so utterly common in our time that it is a common condition.

  • whats to funny is watch the video called a day in the life of a lawyer. they make it sound os sweet and profesional, then watch the real world videos.

  • Dang! I wish I'd have taken "Professionalism" class here in Texas rather than in another state. I'm sure it is a lot more entertaining. What a bunch of good 'ole boys.

  • LMFAO.

  • I lived in Texas for 9 years and heard lots of people with that accent!

  • BOOOY!

  • monsanto cocksucking lawyers.

  • you watch and see BIG BOY

  • alota people dont realize joe jamail is the 212th richest man in the world...he didnt get to be one of the top ten lawyers of all time by being nice..mr jamail does not fuck around as you can tell lol. hes worht 1.8 Billion dollars.

  • Look, not everyone from Texas is an imbecile. Some are morons. Some are dipshits. Some are windbags. Some are douchebags. And many are a combination of one or more of these things. It's just not fair to generalize and say that all people from Texas are imbeciles. By the way Texas, thanks for giving us the worst fucking president of all time.
