@Twangabilly the living end never went "emo-y" yeah sure theyre brought out songs like 'wake up' but that wasn't them being emo-y, that was just them trying to bring out songs in this time of a fucked up generation where all you can bring out is songs that will sell in a emo/faggot community that will only listen to these types of stupid genres.

@Twangabilly yes the punkabilly got them to where they are. to a certian point. musicians as great as these guys have to grow and play new things and experiment. they could still play the Punkabilly stuff but choose to play something different. like their latest album i personally think is one of the best albums they have done. very clever stuff. and as for the emo-y stuff.....its called "rock and roll" just so you know..

@TheNicoscerri Yeah, maybe emo-y wasn't the best term to use, I haven't heard their latest album but White Noise just seemed to lack that crazy upbeat sound their earlier albums had. I still like their new stuff though! Just not as much as their early stuff.

Don't get me wrong, even though I'm more into rockabilly, The Living End are still one of my favourite bands. I'm not a hater of them at all haha

@Twangabilly -- Without sooking about the music industry or whatever -- I am going to flat out say that White Noise as an album completely sucked (with the exception of 2 or 3 songs) -- having said that 'The Ending Is Just The Beggining Repeating' is awesome, as @TheNicoscerri says you have to hear 'In The Morning' --- also, 'Machine Gun' is a personal favourite of mine too...
