JJ Brown said "a misbegotten idea"...he had no basis having (refering to the defendant feeling he had the right to get the plaintiff's car towed from the parking lot space). The defendant mistakenly thought he meant that towing a car (in general) is a misbegotten idea (which doesn't even make sense). He doesn't know what misbegotten means. Judge was sitting there thinking why this kid, who claims he's in college, is so damn dumb.

@SmileyBK6 Hang on a minute. At the time of the towing, the defendant was not a legal tenant, so why should the landlord be obliged to tell him anything? For that matter, why should a landlord be obliged to tell any tenant about another tenant's arrangements?
If a tenant thinks a car does not belong in the parking space, that tenant should complain to the landlord, and the landlord can either explain the situation or get the car towed or whatever is appropriate.
