Weather Underground Organization (Weatherman):Declassified FBI Documents In 1976, the FBI's Chicago Field Office prepared a summary which described the activities of the Weather Underground Organization, also known as Weathermen. The FBI's analysis of its motivations, beliefs, and international travels are outlined in this summary.
"McCain has MANY SKELETONS in his closet, so does Palin, i'm not about to list them, but the point is OBAMA isn't going to bring them up because he is taking the high road and staying on the issues that people want to hear rather than attack McCain 24/7"
yeah... warren buffet and paul volker... great people to advise on the financial meltdown... especially as how they were very influential in the process of self destruction
McCain has MANY SKELETONS in his closet, so does Palin, i'm not about to list them, but the point is OBAMA isn't going to bring them up because he is taking the high road and staying on the issues that people want to hear rather than attack McCain 24/7
the people are played by Republicans and when they get in trouble with the voters the referee of both parties blows the whistle and the Democrats take control until they get found out and in trouble with the people. The circus is in town Here comes the blind commissioner They've got him in a trance One hand is tied to the tight-rope walker The other is in his pants And the riot squad they're restless They need somewhere to go As Lady and I look out tonight From Desolation Row its a circus
seirously..its so funny you look at mccain he is like a little kid who got his sucker taken away and he is being put in the corner for time out....o'bama is a smart s.o.b.
I am SO TIRED OF THIS CRAP! Everyone in America has known, work with, spoke to, went to church with, in other words came in contact with someone who has done something against their own believes or against the law that does not make YOU one of them. Its to late for McCain. Luckily for McCain, Obama is a man of good character and judgement because if he was playing the same game he could have easily called McCain a junkie and a dummy according to his wife and running mate.
Has anyone watched Fahrenheit 9/11 Bush family connection with Bin Laden years back, but Bush was still elected two times, McCain has nothing ous to talk about but make him self on idiot.
Bush cant eliminate Osama Bin Laden.. cz.. if he does, US will lose 10% of its economy, then US will be in deepshit. I dont thin both Obama nor Mccain will kill Bin Laden
I am Palin and I support animal cruelty which now is called "wolf aereal hunting"
Also, now that you are paying attention, I also believe that indians are from INDIANapolis so as soon as I am PRESIDENT I will send ALL the indians back where the come from!
I saw video on MSNBC of McCain speaking at a Rally at Acorn in 2006.
With the Ayers thing, it is clearly made up. It is also pretty clear to the people of America that John McCain is desperate. If any believe this crock of shit that McCain is saying, then they are narrow minded!
are you stupid? made up? this person bombed the pentagon and many others. i know obama had nothing to do with this but he is an unrepentant terrorist and what McCain is try to bring out is his bad judgment to be friends with this man for 12 years. o not to mention sitting in the pews of a racist church (rev. Wright) for twenty years. i mean obama could not become an FBI agent because of his associations but he can run for president?
What else can an ERRATIC, stupid and uneducated caveman do to try to stay afloat?
Obama is on a league of his own.
McCain cannot go toe to toe with Obama; Obama is too much for him.
Look, you, the white people and racist americans who will not vote for Obama even when you know, in your hearts, he is the right man for the job, have the right to sink along with McCain. But stop trying to pass your hate on to other people. I will vote Obama, no matter what!
nelsonle, I'm white if you don't count the Amerind. My just voting age son and I filled out our absentee ballot forms from here in the French mountains; it was a long hard fight to get those forms. Guess who we voted for? Private, you know; but it was neither the Abominable Snowman or The Alaska Bunny, alright?
I don't think it's too much to ask that a Presidential candidate explain his numerous connections with a known domestic terrorist. If John McCain had, for any reason, worked along side of Timothy McVeigh, would we not question him about it?
Obama's explanations are valid and IMO satisfactory, but I'm concerned with his assertions that the line of questioning is inappropriate. It makes me think he may have something to hide.
Obama hasn't brought up relationships of McCain's that are on the same level (but David Letterman did on Thursday night).
Obama didn't bring up that Palin's husband was part of the ALASKAN SECESSIONIST MOVEMENT and that Sarah said at one of their charity banquets that she "shared their views."
Obama takes the high road and stays on issue. McCain is letting his campaign run amok and turn to nasty tactics that try to confuse voters and divide the nation.
I don't think he said it was inappropriate. He just said that he thinks it's troubling that McCain has made it a central issue in his Campaign recently.
It has been contested whether or not the Weather Underground can really even be called a terrorist group (they targeted gov buildings and incited riots, but warned of their activities in advance so that people could evacuate).
"Three years later, the Weather Underground had split into two ideological factions: those that wanted to continue a campaign of violence, and those — including Ayers — who urged members to "resurface" and participate in society. The deep divisions could not be repaired and the group disbanded by the end of the year. Some members continued their outlaw lifestyle, but most people drifted slowly back into the mainstream."
Ayers and his wife, fellow Weather Underground member Bernardine Dohrn, participated in some of the early bombings; charges against them were dropped in 1974. [...]When Obama first ran for Illinois state senator in 1995, he attended a campaign event at Ayers' house. In 2001 Ayers donated $200 to Obama's state senator re-election campaign. By the time the two men met, Ayers' days as a Weatherman had long passed. The wind had blown him another way.
KaseKrusha, are you aware that McCain personally funded a guerrilla fighting group, the Contras, who routinely performed terrorist acts in the 1980's in Nicaragua? Did the Weather Underground ever cut the breasts off women while they were still alive? Did they torture and kill innocent people while burning whole villages to the ground? The Contras did. And McCain gave them money in support of them. Obama was 8 years old when Ayers was committing terrorist acts. Where are your priorities?

I bet someone would have pulled Mccain's skeletons out by now. Sorry, but many people don't want a president who knows terrorists and radicalists.
