UARS fell back to Earth between 11:23 p.m. EDT Friday, Sept. 23 and 1:09 a.m. EDT Sept. 24. According to a NASA spokesman, Air Force space-tracking specialists report UARS entered the atmosphere over the Pacific Ocean. However, the precise time and locale aren't yet known.

This is not a satellite. They've known about this for a long time. NASA has ways of dealing with dead satellites of this size. They would bring it to Earth in a controlled manner over the ocean. This is exactly what I have been predicting for over a year. This is the beginning if a mass alien communication event. These small craft have been slowly descending. They are out ahead of the mothership, Elenin. This is why they also evacuated the ISS.

"If" she was genuinely struck,then that goes against what nasa said about no one was ever hit.
