Large two wheeled dolly is much better for going across lawns, driveways, etc. Not an appliance dolly, there's like a square wooden platform with an axle and two very large tires.....
Although this one was fairly straight and dry, if it was wet you'd have a hard time.....
Um, why do you consider this difficult, straight down one open straight flight of stairs, with 4 guys. Easy peasy. The only thing difficult is you're using the wrong kind of dolly for going across a lawn or driveway. Oh yeah and why did you remove the pads when you just have to put them back on in the truck???

@smarsify how do you mean wrong kind of dolly? Theyre big rubber all terrain tires that dont sink in gravel or grass. Its the perfect dolly
