i think asap lowered her mic. volume just a bit too much. i just wish i heard more from her singing that last high note. she was really singing her heart out so that we could hear her voice. it was as if the other singers' mic picked up her high note instead of her own.
but other than that, this was the most beautiful rendition and power that i'v ever seen and heard from Charice. she continues to amaze all of us

I was impressed during the first year of her youtube popularity but now it's fading away.
With how she sings now, I would be surprised if her voice would still be the same in the next 5 years. Mariah used to be the best live performer until 1997. MC, Whitney and even Christina have lost the power, they have the same thing in common, the way Charice sings now.
I don't think she trying to prove anything. It's become her style and trademark. But I AM concerned for her future though... But you know Whitney lost her voice not by over using her pipes, but by smoking her crack pipes. And MC I hear smokes whihc can also lead to the deterioration of the voice box.
You should listen to Charice sing calm song like IINGATAN KA and PASKO NA SINTA KO. She really conveys the emotion either way.:) Her voice just penetrates into your heart. well at least mine.
I bet it happened to most singers when they age the range of their voice change; however, I am hoping when that time comes to Charice, I bet at least she made it to the top already as another Filipina made in Hollywood.
I just have goosebumps again listening to this girl. Charice really knows how to steal the stage. Probably there are better singers than her on that stage, but she has this "it" factor which the other singers doesn´t have. Unbelievable!

stop comparing instead love them all for they are among our best singers. Charice's two high notes are more than enough to uplift the whole audience. In fact, Zsa Zsa, Sarah and Arnel can't believe on what they have heard. Awesome performances and definitely one of the best ever show of ASAP.

BuT i have to say charice brings alot more to the table. she just has this electrifying stage presence.. very commanding.. she's really good! i hope she lives up to all the hype in the US..

Here in USA, PBS channel is broadcasting Dave Foster "Hitman " video concert and book (Charice is one of the performers)once every 7 or 10 days on national TV, that video concert
is giving her good promotion here in the States and the comments are very good.

i think she can sing spanish songs, since we can speak and understand spanish, Filipinos use to speak spanish and it's still very much part of our culture. I just love watching ASAP show every Sunday, it completes my day, they're all so awesome.

i think asap lowered her mic. volume just a bit too much. i just wish i heard more from her singing that last high note. she was really singing her heart out so that we could hear her voice. it was as if the other singers' mic picked up her high note instead of her own.
but other than that, this was the most beautiful rendition and power that i'v ever seen and heard from Charice. she continues to amaze all of us

Sometimes I feel Charice has this need to always prove herself over and over thats why she is screaming on top of her lungs.
I was impressed during the first year of her youtube popularity but now it's fading away.
With how she sings now, I would be surprised if her voice would still be the same in the next 5 years. Mariah used to be the best live performer until 1997. MC, Whitney and even Christina have lost the power, they have the same thing in common, the way Charice sings now.

I don't think she trying to prove anything. It's become her style and trademark. But I AM concerned for her future though... But you know Whitney lost her voice not by over using her pipes, but by smoking her crack pipes. And MC I hear smokes whihc can also lead to the deterioration of the voice box.
You should listen to Charice sing calm song like IINGATAN KA and PASKO NA SINTA KO. She really conveys the emotion either way.:) Her voice just penetrates into your heart. well at least mine.

I just have goosebumps again listening to this girl. Charice really knows how to steal the stage. Probably there are better singers than her on that stage, but she has this "it" factor which the other singers doesn´t have. Unbelievable!
