lol i like how the rev was almost spot on with the music lol that was badass. For a semi beginner would you recommend getting a Yamaha R6? I took the safety course and passed with flyin colors and I rode some of last season on my 1982 yamaha virago 750 bobber lol sweet ass bike, but not a lot of pep. lookin for something i can actually commute with.
Gosh...I knew the R1 was faster before I got one. But I didnt know it was THAT much faster than the R6, god damn, makes this thing look slow. Problem is I might kill myself easier

@bennjayman This probably isnt teh best starter bike i would recommend also not getting brand new bike chances are your going to lay it down moving or not. get a smaller used bike to learn on then when your comfortable get a new bike like this
yeah i heard gloves give you better throttle and clutch control in turn helping acceleration and top speed, your a tool who cares some riders dont like glvoes there his fuckin hands

My r6 is very uncomfortable on long rides :( but for cruising around town and shorter rides it's a dream! Very light and flickable!
