It is pretty obvious the winners of the Mombai incident are those who wish to instigate hatred against muslims, generate enmity between India and Pakistan, and create/enflame ethnic tensions in India. Quite a coincidence that the first 3 victims (Hemand Korkore and colleagues) of this atrocity were the investigating officers of the bombing of "Samjhota Express". Who had arrested a serving Colonel of Indian Army a week before and the Indian media was abuzz with the news of Indian Military's involvement in the case. It was also blamed on Pakistan!

And why would they choose to kill 200 other people? why not just finish off these officers?
