uhm, last i heard (and i know this isnt even my conversation, but still thought i say it) andy wrote the lyrics, and pan rote the music for Knives and Pens. and then he claimed like 3 or 4 songs by them, so BVB changed the names of the songs to avoid the lawsuit. Pan then released those songs with their original names on Myspace. thats what andy had said in explaining why Pan was kicked out of the bnd.

Pan the gypsy and Hollywood made the song in Original BvB. Andy kicked those two out and got new members and kept the song. He stole it from the original BvB members. They tried to sue when he became famous but it didn't work.

I made a mistake in saying Pan wrote the song, it was chris hollywood who wrote it, not pan. Either way Andy ditched those two after knives and pens and formed the new (and improved) black veil brides.
