wonderful, natural voice! None of that high pitched nonsense. I also like how the soft spoken style does not have those sibilant hisses after most words. I love love love this one - the shampooing was the best part. :P I always play that over and over again, it's the most relaxing part of the video.

Agree with the person below me, though, the scissors can use a bit more subtlety. Sometimes I got a little alarmed by how loud they were in my ear. ^_^;; Nail scissors + quiet snipping would have been a little more relaxing. Even so, definitely one of my favorites.
