The Judge acted correctly. You can not challenge Jurisdiction if you have State Contracts such as a Driver's License because State is different than state (notice capitalization). Also citizen is different than Citizen...see my videos. Challenging Jurisdiction is dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.

From the courts view, you mock the court and the judges don't take that lightly. Also if you don't have the MCO to your vehicle, only a certificate of title from the DMV, then it is not your car.
