i think she was reading via the autocue and it possibly went a tad quick for her to read and flummoxed her,thats why she looked down possibly to see if it was written on a paper script or in-desk monitor.
they had plenty of time cos she was talking so slowly telling us what was coming up later on news24.

I was under the impression that this was meant to be funny. That's why I typed BBC bloopers in the search bar. This was just an uneventful slip of the tongue, and therefore not a blooper but a simple consequenceless mistake.
As I said in the vid info, this blooper is including South East Today lunchtime opening. If you really want to laugh, search on Youtube. There're loads of blooper montages.
