I used to listen to Shaka at the Peckham Settlement Hall from the the mid- Seventies. I came to the States in 81. Most of my bredrin from yard,even those with sound system, had never heard this song. And, I neevr heard it played at any dance here in the US, even after 83. The guys from Easy Star, Lem and Mike, are some white bredrin who love classics an spar with Sugar Minott, who I believe used to work with Trevor back in London. One Love
