I've always loved the king blues, but some people should just accept change and nove on..yes we all loved fruitbag, yes their new music is a bit differnent from their old, get over it! they might have enw members etc but they are still that band that I love and still sending out great messages - still standing up for what they believe in! :D x

i used to love king blues, first saw them in 07 and have seen them 8 times since then but they've turned so shit now. fruitbag was fucking awesome, his vocal solo in come fi di youth at a live show sends shivers down your spine, now they've traded him in for a bunch of punky stereotypes and play shit like headbutt?

Weeeell, woodyboy909... the first time i saw them was in August 2006 at wasted (punk) festival. I then went on to see them 23 more times because i loved them so much. I'm not sure why i'm telling you this because ur clearly a knob but ive even cried during one of itch's speeches. (Am now ashamed) but he stopped making anti-capityalist, anarchist speeches when they signed a million pound record deal. Thus: sellouts. Rant over.

i wouldnt listen to a nazi band just if the music was good.

if the music was good in a song, but the lyrics were racist, sexist or pro-religious then i wouldnt listen to it

the message behind the band or song is very important!

if ur anti racist and then someone played you a nazi song and you like the music, then thats defeating the object of what you fight for!

@punkolele nah mate, he still does this. when i saw them at lounge on the farm festival in canterbury half way through the song come fi di youth he made a massive speech about equality and against the BNP and got the whole crowd to shout fuck off bnp, which i thought was pretty cool. and before he played the streets are ours he did a bit against the war. they aren't sellouts

@murrayisarobot, yeah mate, I know what you mean. They're still the same, but they just put their music out on a bigger scale now. They haven't changed their style, or started to write bland, generic songs. A sell-out is someone who changes what they do to be liked by more people, but The King Blues haven't. They're awesome.
